Rajesh Chadha
Rajesh Chadha is a Senior Fellow and Senior Research Counsellor at the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER), New Delhi. He has worked extensively on regional and multilateral issues pertaining to international trade, using computable general equilibrium models. His other areas of interest include foreign direct investment and agricultural markets. He has provided research support to the Indian Government for joint study groups on bilateral preferential trade discussions with China, Japan, and Singapore. He has also played a key role in the completion of research projects sponsored by the Governments of India, Australia, and the UK, and various international organisations.
He is the Managing Editor of the Journal of Applied Economic Research, NCAER’s international, peer-reviewed journal, and a Member of the editorial board of Vision, the Journal of the Management Development Institute, Gurugram. He is a member of the Advisory Boards of the Indian School of Business and Finance, New Delhi, and a Distinguished Honorary Research Professor at Northcap University, Gurugram. He has also been a Visiting Scholar at the Universities of Michigan, Melbourne, and Monash, and Visiting Faculty at many prestigious academic and research institutes in India.
He received his PhD in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
