Please register by Thursday, May 6. Registration is necessary in order to participate in the 16th International Conference on "The Future of Asia". Walk-ins will not be permitted.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address that you entered in the registration page. If you do not receive an "registration confirmation e-mail" within 24 hours from registration, please notify the secretariat via e-mail (foa2010@convention.co.jp).
In case the registrants reach maximum enrollment, participants will be selected by lottery. Successful registrants will receive an invoice and an entrance ticket by Wednesday, May 12. Those who were not chosen will also be notified by post mail. If you do not receive any notice after Wednesday,May 12, please contact the secretariat.
Registration will be deemed accepted upon delivery of the items above.
The entrance ticket and invoice will be sent to the successful registrants. Payment of the registration fee should be made by bank transfer by the date shown on the invoice. We will not accept payment at the conference site.
Please bring the entrance ticket and a photo I.D. (e.g. passport or driver's license) with you to the conference site. Please leave your personal belongings except your valuables and writing utensils at the cloak. Please note that you may be prohibited from entering the conference room if you bring large size bags and hazardous material with you.
