- Registration
- Registration Deadline: Monday, May 13
Registration Fee: 42,000 yen (5% consumption tax included)
*Lunch will be served for both days.
*English and Japanese simultaneous interpretation will be available during the conference.
Please register by Monday, May 13. Registration is necessary in order to participate in the 19th International Conference on The Future of Asia. Entrance tickets will be available to applicants selected by lottery if applications exceed the number of available seats. - Registration Confirmation by E-mail
- A confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent to the address that you enter in the registration page. If you do not receive an "registration confirmation e-mail" within 24 hours from registration, please notify the secretariat via e-mail
(foa2013@convention.co.jp). - Notification to the Registrants
- Successful registrants will receive an invoice and an entrance ticket by Friday, May 17. Those who were not selected will be notified by post mail.
Please contact the secretariat if you do not receive any notice after Friday, May 17.
Registration will be confirmed upon delivery of the items above. - Payment
- The entrance ticket and invoice will be sent to successful registrants. Payment of the registration fee must be made by bank transfer by the date indicated on the invoice. We will not accept payment at the conference site.
- Registration Cancellation Policy
- Registration fee in principal is not refundable. However, cancellations on the day of the event due to unforeseen events (e.g. unavailability of public transportation) will be accepted.
Please contact the secretariat should this occasion occurs. - Cancellation of the Events / Changes of the Conference Program
- Please note that the 19th International Conference on The Future of Asia may be cancelled/changed due to various reasons without prior notification. In case of the cancellation of the entire event, there will be a full refund of the registration fee.
- Registration Transfer Policy
- Transfers and substitutions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please bring the entrance ticket along with photo I.D. (e.g. passport or driver's license *Company and Student ID are NOT acceptable) with you to the conference site.
Please leave your personal belongings except your valuables and writing utensils at the cloak. Please note that you may be prohibited from entering the conference room if you bring large size bags and hazardous materials with you. - How collected information is used
- Personal information that you provide us on the registration form will be used as the followings:
- 1. For the management of the International Conference on The Future of Asia, contacting and sending necessary materials related to the conference.
- 2. As statistical data for further development and enhancement of future symposia
